Terms of Service

You warrant that you own all proprietary rights or have obtained unambiguous, explicit verbal and written authorization for any voice sample or audio recording uploaded to the studio. Under KRG Law No. 6 of 2008 (Misuse of Telecommunications Equipment) and Iraqi Federal Law, the unauthorized synthesis of another individual's voice for extortion, defamation, or fraud is strictly prohibited. Verified verbal consent is cryptographically signed and required before any voice clone is provisioned.

Enterprise clients connecting Rega Agent to telephony networks, GSM gateways, PBX systems, or SIP trunks act as the legal Data Controller for all caller communications. RegaLabs acts solely as a technical Data Processor. Under Article 40 of the Constitution of Iraq, the recording or automated processing of telephonic communications without disclosure is prohibited. Tenants must ensure an audible recording and AI disclosure notice plays immediately upon call connection.

Generated audio is recorded with an exact-byte SHA-256 hash, a chained HMAC ledger entry, and a separate provenance claim. The claim is stored separately from the audio. This implementation does not establish an embedded watermark or interoperable C2PA certification.

Credit purchases, subscription passes, and API top-ups processed via the Wayl payment gateway (First Iraqi Bank, FastPay, ZainCash, QiCard, and electronic cards) constitute binding electronic transactions under Iraqi Law No. 78 of 2012. Credits are deemed consumed upon computational allocation and GPU render execution. Unused credits are non-refundable except in proven cases of technical gateway failure.

You agree not to use RegaLabs to generate synthetic audio impersonating current or former government officials, judges, military or security personnel, religious authorities, or tribal figures of the Republic of Iraq or the Kurdistan Regional Government (Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, Articles 225–229 and 433–438). Any defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing generation results in immediate account termination, credit forfeiture, and referral to competent judicial authorities.

RegaLabs plans are prepaid passes, not recurring subscriptions. We do not store your card or payment instrument, nothing renews automatically, and you will never be charged again without starting a new purchase yourself. A pass simply stops at the end of the period you bought. If you want to leave before then, Settings → Billing ends the plan immediately and returns the account to Free in one step — no support ticket, no phone call, and no retention interview. Credits included with the plan are forfeited when you end it early, because they were the allowance for a period you are choosing to leave; credits you bought separately are unaffected and keep their own expiry. Deleting your account entirely is likewise self-service, from Settings → Privacy & Data.

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Iraq as applied in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of RegaLabs services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Erbil (Hewlêr).
