What we guarantee — and how you can check.

No unverifiable awards. Every claim on this page is either a property of the output you can test or a process you can inspect.

The guarantees

Four promises, each checkable.

Output you can measure

Every render is 24 kHz WAV — streamed or exported — and the format is stated on the file, not buried in a FAQ. If an output is ever not what the label says, that is a bug we treat as a broken guarantee.

Provenance you can verify

Each render carries a C2PA manifest bound to a cryptographic hash, plus an entry in the claim ledger. Verify any file without an account: the manifest either matches the audio or it does not.

Consent you can trace

A cloned voice exists only after a verified verbal consent record signed in the App. One clone per account, consent attached to the identity — the trail is part of the product, not a side document.

Languages evaluated by their speakers

Engine changes run against evaluation sets recorded by native speakers in every supported language, and a regression in any one of them blocks the build. Quality is defined per language, not averaged away.

Latency, honestly

Streaming first-audio is the metric that matters for live calls, and it depends on network and load — so we publish architecture, not a leaderboard. Deng Flash streams the first audio chunk while the rest of the line synthesises; the App preview and the API stream are the same pipeline.

Questions

Quality FAQ.

Where are your benchmark rankings?

We do not publish rankings of other providers. Benchmarks run on private data by a vendor are advertising; evaluation sets recorded by native speakers and published methodology are the honest version, and that is the one we ship.

Can I verify a render myself?

Yes. The C2PA manifest in each file verifies against the audio hash without an account, and the claim ledger records the render even if a copy loses its manifest.

What happens when a language regresses?

The build stops. A tuning that improves one language while breaking another is treated as a failure, not a trade-off.
